Friday 6-8:30pm

Sitting Still: Hip Openers, Pranayama and Meditation
Take time to breathe and reflect as you open your body with these powerful poses. Soften the stiff places and strengthen the weak ones to find greater equanimity. In a time when life moves at such a rapid pace, nothing is more balancing than simply being still.

Saturday 10-12:30am

Calm Vitality: Backbends

Go to the edge and maintain your center. Backbends are unsurpassed for raising our vibration physically and mentally. Learn about your spine and how to skillfully bend in all the right places to increase your stamina and inner strength.

Saturday 2:30-5pm

Strength and Clarity: Forward Bends and Twists

Make a date with your hamstrings for this class and learn that core strength applies to all of the poses. We will practice standing poses and seated forward bends along with many variations of twists. (Ahimsa, Satya, Brahmacharya)

Sun. 9-11:30

Come To the Edge: Advanced Practice: Backbends and Arm Balances

This class is for strong experienced practitioners only who want to experiment with gravity. If you have any injuries, this class will not be appropriate. You will play at the edge of backbends and arm balances and challenge yourself in new ways. (Sauce, Ishwara Pranidhana)
