Every woman has innate wisdom and intuitively understands the very natural process of birth. I will help you reconnect with this wisdom, guiding you through a class specifically designed for the journey of pregnancy. Combining yoga postures with controlled breath opens the road to discovery, bringing awareness to the mind, body and spirit, and the spirit of your baby. A regular practice will help strengthen the uterus and tone pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort. Many of the common discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica can be alleviated. A safe, open community allows you to freely discuss any concerns as well as the joys of the wonderful new changes your body and baby are experiencing.

“I thought you might like to know that everything went extremely well with the home birth. My water broke around 7:30am on the 17th. I had a strong feeling he would arrive that weekend because of the full moon and the crazy weather. Contractions didn’t start until almost 2pm, but I was still up and moving around until after 8pm. From there it quickly became very intense. We had about 3 1/2 hours of hard labor, including barely 30 minutes of pushing, then Henry was born on the bathroom floor! Yoga for Everyone at the Grand Basin

A challenging and relaxing combination of vinyasa (flow) and restorative asana with modifications for all levels inspired by the alignment principles of Anusara. “Trust is cultivated when our words, thoughts and actions are in harmony.” This class is designed to cultivate trust within the self. We practice challenging and sometimes uncomfortable positions on the mat so when they show up in our everyday lives, we’re already good at it. All classes are trauma informed and accessible.


Dianna is the founder and creator of Goddess Circle Yoga and has a training program available for this unique modality.
The wise woman is a combination of common sense and soul sense. Each week we create a circle, a goddess-inspired yoga practice using music, mantra, mudra, meditation, pranayama, asana, and oracle decks.
We share  our stories and intentions to set our course for the week ahead. You feel the support of the group which grows stronger  each time you return.
