Here is the number one recipe that I share and share again. So, here it is in perpetuity for you to refer to when you are sick, allergic, tired, on the verge of something, have a hangover, etc. etc. You can even use it when you are pregnant and nursing. For the kiddos, dilute it with twice the water and add a little extra honey.
1 oz Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
1 whole lemon juiced
2 Tbsp local honey
1 cup water
1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
Drink this every hour until you are well.
If you are really sick put a cup of ACV and 2 cups of epsom salt in the tub with rosemary and eucalyptus oils. This works for allergies too.
